1- Gypsum Plaster
Stucco Plaster (Plaster of Paris) is Hemihydrate Calcium Sulphate (CaSo4 ½ H2O) produced
by Calcining Raw Gypsum in Rotary Kiln by hot air, then grinding to the required fineness,
followed by storage and bagging.
The Stucco-Plaster units produce more than
1,500 tons of Powder per day for consumption in the Gypsum Board Units and cover local and
Gulf Markets.
Our Product is distinguished by its white
color and high degree of fineness.
Stucco-Plaster is being marketed either as
plaster filled in bulk, bags with the print Gypsum Powder or mixed with different
additives and filled in bags with the print.

2- PlasterBoard
Consists of an aerated Gypsum core encased in specially prepared durable paper liners. It
has one Ivory colored surface for direct decoration and one of a core of Gypsum intermixed
with a Silicon and for F + M and Fiberglass based compound encased in specially prepared
durable water repellent Green paper.
TYPES OF PLASTER BOARDS
1- Regular GKB.
2- Fire Resistant GKF.
3- Moisture Resistant GKBI.
4- Fire & Moisture Resistant GKFI.
5- Boards laminated with Lead Sheet.
Plasterboards are manufactured according
to German Specification DIN 18 180 which complies with ASTM C-36 requirements. Concerning
fire resistance according to DIN 4102, UL 263, ASTM-E119-88.
All Types of Boards 100 % Natural Gypsum
are produced with following specification:
Width : 1,200 - 1,220 mm
Length : 1,800 - 4,000 mm
Edge : Tapered, Squared, and Beveled.

3- Laminated
Gypsum Tiles
Gypsum Board Tiles are made from light weight Gypsum Board ( 8.5 Kg/M2 ) which is already
reinforced to make it Fire resistant . The Tiles are coated with Textured or smooth P.V.C
on the face and with the backing laminated by red P.V.C or Aluminium to protect them from
humidity.
